Obtain a formula for the ratio of the number of H atoms (free radicals) expected to populate the n=2 electronic state relative to the n=1 electronic state. En = -Ry/n2

Use `exp()' for the exponential function, k for the Boltzmann constant, T for the temperature. Use `Ry' for the Rydberg constant, assumed to share units with k. Be vary careful with brackets. exp(3/k*T) is not the same as exp(3/(k*T)). This has caused lots of grief in the past!
Ratio =

Query, is the above formula correct?
