HuskyCT Is The New Name For Vista . . .
UConn has renamed its learning management software used on all UConn campuses to "HuskyCT." The current software behind HuskyCT is BlackBoard Learning System - Vista Enterprise Edition (formerly WebCT Vista). In spite of the name change, HuskyCT is running the same software used throughout the 2006-2007 academic year.

HuskyCT Utilizes Single Sign On . . .
Beginning January 14th HuskyCT utilizes single sign on to authenticate you into the HuskyCT environment.
Simply click on the login button on the HuskyCT login page, then enter your NetID and password on the Single Sign On page.*
This log in process allows you to access HuskyCT and takes you to your “my courses” HuskyCT page.
Now that HuskyCT utilizes single sign on, you can now navigate from HuskyCT to other single sign on applications without having to reenter your NetID and password to access these applications. You will find some of these single sign on applications hyperlinked under “Campus Bookmarks” on your “my courses” HuskyCT page.
*Note, the way single sign on works is through an automatic redirect. If you access single sign on by first clicking on the button on the HuskyCT login page, single sign on automatically redirects you back to HuskyCT. If, instead, you accessed the single sign on page by clicking on the login button on from the “my Homer” library environment, single sign on would automatically redirect you back to your “my Homer” library environment. Single sign on redirects you back to the environment from which you accessed the single sign on page.
