General Transfer Information
To attain information on how to transfer to UConn please visit The Undergraduate Transfer Admissions website . This website will provide you with pertinent information regarding the admissions process, admission requirements, how to apply to the university and frequently asked questions. The admissions site also has a useful tool called Transfer Course Equivalencies, allowing students to search how courses offered at their current Higher Education Institution will transfer over to UConn. Lastly, their website has information on UConn’s Guaranteed Admissions Program (GAP) for Connecticut Community Colleges.
Urban and Community Studies is also pleased to announce that we have working arrangements with Capital Community College and Naugatuck Valley Community College to assist students who are interested in pursuing our major at UConn after attaining their Associates Degree.
