How do I enroll in SWABIZ when I'm already a SOUTHWEST travel member?

Go to www.swabiz.com login page

Enter the UConn Company ID (99761001) and click login. You can also elect to have the site remember your company id and login ID.

How do I make a reservation on SWABIZ for myself?

Login as a Rapid Rewards member

Click on 'Book Travel '

Select your flights, dates, and continue with the reservation.

Your name and our company ID will be associated with that reservation allowing you to book the reservation to the universities centralized billing card.

Enter the ETIF and submit to travel
How do I make a reservation on SWABIZ for someone else?

Login as a Rapid Rewards member

Click on 'Book Travel '

Select your flights, dates, and continue with the reservation.

Click on the and change the name in the Passenger Name box. DELETE the Rapid Rewards number that is displayed.

Your name and our company ID will still be associated with that reservation allowing you to book the reservation to the universities centralized billing card.

Enter the ETIF and submit to travel
What if I want to make a change to my reservation?
A)
You can change your reservation online:
- Click on swabiz.com

Click on 'Travel Center'

Click on 'Change Reservation'

Enter the confirmation number and credit card holder's name

Click on 'Retrieve Flight Reservation'

Change reservation as necessary (Remember, Southwest Airlines has no change fees!)

How do I use Online Check-in to print my boarding pass?
- Go to www.swabiz.com

Click on 'Travel Tools and locate '
Check in and Print Boarding Pass

Enter your confirmation number and first and last name

Print your boarding pass
Please read the following notes regarding Online Check-in:

Check in is available 24-hours in advance.

You must have an adult fare type, ticketless reservation

You must be checking in for flights that have not already departed
Transfer Boarding Passes:
Your connecting boarding pass will automatically print when you use Online Checkin. It's that simple! (as long as it is for scheduled service)
What if I make a mistake and book the ticket for myself rather than the traveler or that person wants to cancel the flight?
- Cancel the ticket and make a note of the trip confirmation number
- Contact the travel office and they can apply the credit from this ticket to a new reservation for anyone.
- NOTE - Do not book the new ticket without contacting travel 1st!

For personal or leisure travel, please continue to use www.southwest.com. This keeps your company business travel records accurate.
