ROLE OF A TRAVEL ARRANGER
The role of Travel Arranger is different than that of a traveler. As the arranger, you can book trips for your employees, update their biographic information, and book travelers that are not in the Orbitz profile database; particulary guests, recruits, candidates or students. You can also add credit cards (for hotels reservations) and update Care Alerts. If you book a flight for someone in your list, you will be able to see that information in MyTrips.
PROFILE ADD/DELETE FORM
If you have not already done so, please be sure to send us the names, emails and other requested biographic information by submitting our newest electronic travel form. Please include only employees. You can accomplish this either by going to the profile request page or by sending Gail Devereux an email requesting access.
CENTRALIZED BILLING CARD INFORMATION
OFB allows you to charge a ticket to a centralized billing card (similar to Worldtek). Once booked, the ticket will be charged to your account(s) based on the information supplied in either the ETIF or TA. Anyone that has access to the system, will also have access to the centralized billing card.
Once you have booked the ticket, please complete either an E-TIF (within the continental US) or TA (outside the continental US) Both forms are available on our website under forms.
For more information, on the centralized billing process, please email travel
