Criteria used for compiling Dean's Lists:
- Twelve or more calculable credits taken in the semester. (Courses taken on pass/fail or S/U graded courses are not calculable credit courses).
- Rank in upper 25th percentile in School or College and a minimum semester Grade Point Average of 3.000
- No grade below a C, including the actual letter grade awarded in any pass/fail course taken, in the semester
*Top Quartile figures do not include those students who met the above criteria but who had Incompletes, Absence Marks, Late Grades, or "No Show" at the time of final grade processing. These students are also not listed on the Dean's List or issued a Dean's List Letter.
Reasons why names may not be found on published Dean's Lists:
- Fewer than twelve calculable semester credits
- Grade changes or late grades submitted
- Change of major - check listings under previous major
- Privacy request filed by student prohibiting publication of information
