Bodywise Class Descriptions

  • Body Sculpt
    • Body-Sculpt is a strength and toning class designed to target every muscle group and to create sleek definition. The class will incorporate a mixture of floor exercises, weights, and the stability ball for a total body workout. Body-Sculpt is a great way to tone-up your physique and add a variety to your workout. Stick with this class and you will see results!
  • BodyWise Pump
    • This class is a resistance training workout set to music that uses our adjustable barbell equipment. Classes will focus on sets and reps to build strength, muscle, and definition in all major muscle groups. Our instructors will lead you through movements and exercises in a safe controlled class that is sure to leave you feeling pumped!
  • Butts & Guts
    • This class will focus on the glutes, the core, and the legs. Exercises incorporating medicine balls, resist-a-balls, and mat work will target each of these muscle groups.
  • Cardio Kick
    • Cardio Kick mixes aerobic and anaerobic elements, which incorporate the use of your fists, elbows, feet and knees. This intense cardiovascular program will transition you from a gradual warm-up to an intense high kicking workout that will keep your heart rate high and end with a cool down.
  • Cardio Sculpt
    • As the name implies this class focuses on cardio and body sculpting exercises. Divided into two equal halves, the first 25 minutes of class will focus on a fast paced cardio routine to get your heart rate elevated. The second half of class will focus on either upper body or lower body exercises and a little bit of core work to finish things off.
  • Cycle
    • Cycle is a fun and intense workout that takes place on a specialized stationary cycle. Group cycling is a great physical and mental workout that is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned riders. All Cycle workouts are approx. 40 minutes and incorporate various types of riding techniques. Our staff of experienced and trained instructors will motivate and lead you through each ride.
  • Cycle Sculpt
    • Cycle Sculpt combines an intense cycling workout with body toning exercises to complete the workout. After a brief cool down our 30 min Sculpting session begins. Using free weights, resist-a-balls and our own body resistance we will tighten and tone those major muscle groups & core muscles. With the incorporation of energy, cardio, and strength you are sure to walk away feeling great!
  • Fab Abs
    • This Half-Hour class is all about your core. The class focuses on toning your upper and lower abdominals as well as your inner and outer obliques with a variety of exercises. This class is exciting and up beat with the latest exercises for your abdominals including stability ball work.
  • Interval Express
    • This class is an all out circuit style workout that packs a punch! We will use a variety of fitness equipment and drills in this 50 minute muscle toning class to target the entire body! Instructors will lead you through a workout that targets all major muscle groups along with intervals of heart-pumping cardio activities. Get fired up for this fun and challenging workout!
  • Kick & Cruch
    • Kick & Crunch begins with a high-energy kickboxing workout and finishes by focusing on the abdominals. Class consists of a warm-up, cardio kickboxing workout, abdominal routine, and cool-down.
  • Pilates
    • Using only your own body weight and gravity, Pilates will tone and strengthen your entire body. Classes will focus on integrating the entire body, rather than exercising each body part separately. As you begin to focus on your body as a whole you'll achieve better alignment and teach your body to work more efficiently.
  • Stepp & Tone / Step Aerobics *
    • These classes utilize the traditional aerobic step for a cardio routine that will get your heart rate elevated. A combination of moves and transitions both on and off the steps will keep you moving while not getting overly complex for the footwork challenged. The step portion of the workout will be followed by a cool down and 25 minute muscle toning session. *Step Aerobics classes are a full 45 minutes on the step followed by a cool down and abs session of the instructors choice.
  • All Levels Yoga
    • This class is perfect for a new student and challenges will also be offered for the intermediate student. This class will include breathing, postures and meditation to create strength, openness and flexibility. You will leave feeling fantastic!
  • Power Yoga
    • This is a vigorous yoga class where the body becomes strong and supple through longer holdings and creative posture flows. Although the class is demanding, it is also empowering! Experienced students who want a challenge are welcome.
