Dr. Angel R. Oquendo is a Professor of Law at the University of Connecticut School of Law. He received his A.B. magna cum laude 1983 Harvard College; J.D. 1986 Yale University; Ph.D., M.A. 1995 Harvard University. Senior editor, Yale Law Journal. Law Clerk, Judge Stephen Reinhardt, U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Cir. 1986-87. Doctoral Fellow, Free University of Berlin, 1989-91. Associate Professor of Law, Connecticut, from 1993 to 1999. Visiting Law Professor: University of Aix-en-Provence (1998), Free University of Berlin (1998-1999), Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2000).
