This request will be sent to Telecommunications Help Center and Musa Jatkowski. Your request will be assigned to a Technician for the next day.
In case of an emergency, fill out this request and call (860)486-4357, select option 2.
- If this is an after hours emergency: you will be transferred to UITS Operations. Please leave a detailed message (same information that is in this form) if no one answers, they are required to pick up messages within 15 minutes. Then they will contact a Telecom manager who will address the issue.
