PC & Mac platforms, SAS (Peoplesoft), Microsoft Office Suite, HuskyCT, Video Editing, E-Portfolio, HuskyMail, Good Interpersonal Skills

Training
Training is provided prior to the start of the position and throughout the year. Training is provided on such topics as the Help Desk, Library, Copyright Standards, and our USD ticketing system.

Type of Peer Educator Good people skills, Patience, and Competence with technology
Responsibilities SETA students staff a Help Desk in the Learning Resource Center and assist with or lead workshops on various technologies.
