Lost or Stolen Permit

If you believe that your permit is lost or stolen, you need to come to the Parking Services Office and fill out a Lost/Stolen Permit report. The Lost/Stolen report will be notarized by a Parking Services representative.

A replacement permit will be issued for a $20 fee. If the permit was lost due to a windshield replacement, a motor vehicle accident or a theft, please bring a copy of the receipt for the windshield replacement or police report to waive the replacement fee.

Once the Lost/Stolen report has been filed, the permit number will be submitted to the Police Department as an invalid permit. Any use of the lost or stolen permit will be considered fraudulent and will be subject to the penalties for misuse of a permit.
