To meet the needs of students, faculty, and staff, Transportation Services runs an extensive network of commuter buses to many destinations located on and off campus.
Due to the volume of timepoints involved in our schedule, it would be too lengthy to list them all out on paper schedules. Therefore, we have listed them here, on our website.
During periods while classes are in session, service on selected routes begins at 6:30AM Monday through Friday, with all routes beginning service at 7:00AM. Weekday service ends at 12:00AM on Monday-Thursday, and 10:00PM on Fridays. Saturday service is from 11:00AM to 6:00PM, Sunday service is from 6:00PM to 12:00AM.
Transportation Services runs several on-campus shuttle routes, geared to frequently serve all outlying commuter parking lots and most University residential and academic areas while classes are in session. Service is available to all individuals throughout the University community, without a per-ride charge.
We also offer a range of additional services to the University community. Limited service is provided for local off-campus apartment complexes in the Storrs area.
During break periods, reduced on and off-campus shuttle service is provided, Monday through Friday. The Campus Shuttles run twice daily from 7:00AM-11:00AM and again in the afternoon from 2:00PM-6:00PM. The Apartment Shuttle runs continuously from 7:00AM-8:00PM.
