Before filling out a pre-application for nomination, READ THIS!!

Our online application system does not allow you to begin, save and return to an application.  You may click on the link and preview the application at any time.  Once you are familiar with the questions, be prepared to complete and submit the application in one sitting by having the following materials ready in advance:

• Unofficial UConn transcript & any grade reports from other institutions
• Contact information for recommenders
• 1-2 pp resume
• Polished & edited essays and well-crafted answers to questions (you may copy & paste)

USA Today and Wiesel Essay Prize candidates may be nominated by either ONS or any faculty member.
