Plans of Conservation & DevelopmentThe Plans of Conservation & Development (POCD) workshop covers the legal mandates of a POCD and the basic process of putting plan together or updating an existing one. Planning is a community effort, others aside from the Planning Commission will benefit from this workshop. The workshop is free of charge and about 1 hour long.
