If we have a large mailing, do we need to put FRS and Unit numbers on each envelope?
No. University Mail Services requires that the FRS code and Unit number are clearly
marked on the TOP envelope of the batch and the rest can be rubber banded together.

What are University Mail Services' holiday hours?
When classes are in session, University Mail Services operates under regular hours as
specified. We are closed on the following holidays:
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Martin Luther King Day (when classes are not in session)
Columbus Day if the University is closed.

What is necessary for residence hall mailings?
For Intercampus residence hall mailings, the only address that is needed is the name of
the student, their room number and residence hall name:

For large volume residence hall mailings, mail must be separated and bundled by residence hall
name. A $20.00 handling fee per mailing is assessed to mixed mail.
