Mr. Becker’s Classes

Modified February 23, 2007

Here are comments on the Spring, 2006 day division Constitutional Law examination. You can pick up your examinations, and a sheet giving a breakdown of your scores, from my secretary (Monique Griffin), whose office is on the second floor of Hosmer. The examinations and sheet should be available after July 26, 2006. I’ll also post a copy of the comments in Word and PDF format around that time. I’d be glad to discuss your examinations with you; send me an email to arrange a time.

Here are comments on the Spring, 2005 Constitutional Law final exam, in Word and PDF format.

I’ve posted some notes on the CATSS question 5, explaining how a tantalizing but incomplete discussion of it could be turned from a low B answer into an A+ answer with relatively little work.

Some sample answers from the Criminal Law examination are now available. I have also posted a summary and comments on the examination, as well as a copy of the original examination for those who may have discarded theirs.

You can now (most of the time? I’ve had an occasional failure) get to this page as <http://www.lofty.org>. This may be a little easier to remember. If you’re in one of my courses, be sure to check West's TWEN pages. You have to register for each of the courses.

Are you using Microsoft Word? If so, you might be interested in their guide to Word features for lawyers.

Notes on the Fall 2002 Constitutional Law examination are now available.
