Syllabus

This Master's-level course will operate as a piggy-back on the undergraduate version of the course, Economics 2101W. Students in Economics 5101 will be expected to attend the lectures for Economics 2101W, and they will be required to take the final exam for Economics 2101W. But Econ 5101 students will not be required to take the midterm, and they will complete a different writing assignment.

The writing assignments will consist of three essays of five to eight pages each. The links below provide details of the assignments.

Assignment 1 (Due October 7)
Assignment 2 (Due November 11)
Assignment 3 (Due December 9)
Each of the three assignments will count 25 per cent of the grade. The final exam will count the remaining 25 per cent.
