The textbook for the course is customized specifically for us: it picks and chooses chapters from several texts in order to tailor the discussion more closely to my own approach than would be possible with an off-the-shelf book.  The book is integrated with MyEconLab, an online study and homework site that we will use extensively during the semester.

You have several choices. 

· You can buy access to MyEconLab directly from the website with a credit card.  Access to MyEconLab also buys you an online etext-only version of the book.

· You can buy a paper copy of the textbook at the Co-op bundled with a voucher for a MyEconLab subscription. 

In either case, you will have access to the online etext version.

This means that you can't buy the paper version of the book from other sellers like Amazon. But -- for reasons we will discuss in class when we talk about the economics of textbook publishing -- the custom book, especially in the online version, is probably cheaper than buying an off-the-shelf economics textbook off campus.
