• Named Adjunct (Honorary) Professor in Strategy and Business History, Department of Management, Politics, and Philosophy, Copenhagen Business School, Copenhagen, Denmark.  Inaugural Lecture January 7, 2005. Adjunct Professorship tranferred to the Department of Strategic Management and Globalization, effective 1 July 2011.
