FACULTY
History students at the University of Connecticut also have an opportunity to work with leading Latin American, Caribbeanist, and Latino Studies scholars in Anthropology, Art History, Economics, Geography, Law, Music, Political Science, Spanish American Literature, and other related fields. As a group, Latin American, Caribbean, Diaspora and U.S. Latino specialists on campus are affiliated with the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies, the Institute for Puerto Rican and Latino Studies, the Institute for African American Studies, and the Human Rights Institute, interdisciplinary programs for teaching and research.
