Hi-Tech Classrooms
The Hi-Tech Classrooms on the Storrs campus are maintained
by the AV
Technology Services Division of ITL. These classrooms have
been designed to facilitate the inclusion of various technology
in the classroom. Training on
the use of the different types of classrooms is available at
the beginning of each semester. More details can be found on
the AV
Technology Services website.
The computers in the Hi-Tech Classrooms have been installed
with an array of specialty software programs such as as Minitab,
SPSS, and Mathematica. Secure storage areas may also be linked
to and provide material transfer via the network.
To report problems in the Hi-Tech Classrooms please call 486-1774 during regular class times.
Training
Hi-Tech Classroom training for the Fall 2008 Session will be
held on August 20, 21 and 22. For schedule please visit the 2008 Training Schedule. Registration is required. Please call Stacey at 486-2686 or stacey.valliere@uconn.edu to reqister. Hi-Tech Classroom Keys may be signed
out in CUE 333.
