Family and Society: Policy and Planning
The Family and Society: Policy and Planning concentration is unique in its comprehensive approach to the study of family in that it focuses on cultural differences and historical change as they impact the family. Emphasis is placed on ethnicity, class, and gender and on the effect of law and public policy on the quality of family life.
