The Elderly Supportive Services Program: Bringing Service Coordination into Senior Housing is written for Housing Developers, Management Company Professionals, Executive Directors, Housing Mangers, Social Service Providers, and Service Coordinators to provide a guide to assist them in their efforts to integrate supportive services into existing housing. The manual was developed based upon our experiences in developing and implementing the Elderly Supportive Services Program (ESSP), an on-site service coordination program, in federally assisted senior housing (AoA Award No. 90AM043902). The Operations Manual is organized into eight sections:
