ConnecticutShared mailbox Configuration
There are three methods to access a shared Exchange mailbox, please choose your preferred method and click on the links provided for the detailed instructions.
1. The first method used to access a shared Exchange mailbox is via Outlook Web Access (OWA).
2. The second method is to create a separate shared mailbox profile (this would open up Outlook for this Shared Mailbox only).
3. The third method is to create a new shared mailbox within the Outlook Client (this method will add a mailbox to your own profile so that when you open Outlook you will be able to see both your personal mailbox and the Shared Mailbox).
