Accessing Shared Mailboxes over the Web

The instructions below explain how to connect to a shared mailbox from the central email's web interface.

From a web browser, enter the following address into your address bar:

    https://exchange.uconn.edu/owa/resource1234@ad.uconn.edu/
    entering the resource number of your shared mailbox in place of the resource1234 above

When prompted, enter the same username and password that you do for your personal Exchange account.
