Configure a Shared Mailbox in Outlook 2003/2007
Open the Control Panel by accessing the Windows Start Menu then Contol Panel. |

In the Control Panel open the Mail icon. |

| Click the Show Profiles button. | |||||||||
| Click the Add button to begin the process of creating a new mail profile. | |||||||||
| Create a descriptive title for the profile of your Shared Mailbox/Department e-mail account. Select OK to continue. | |||||||||
| Select the option to Add a new e-mail account. | |||||||||
| Select the option for Microsoft Exchange Server. | |||||||||
In the Exchange Server Settings dialogue, ever the following settings:
