Why can I receive e-mail, but can't send out?

Follow these steps below to check your mailbox size.

  1. In Outlook go to your folder list, and highlight Mailbox - Last Name, First Name. (Be Sure not to highlight your Personal folder.) Right click, and choose Properties.

  2. Click the Folder Size tab, A screen will appear with the size of your mailbox, check the total size (including subfolders). The standard size mailbox is 50MB, unless otherwise requested. If larger that 50,000KB, we recommend that you archive your mail or clean out the larger folders.
