Find Mailbox Size : Outlook 2003/2007

This is an easy process and you can find out individual sizes of your sub folders or your entire mailbox size by following the instructions below.
- Open Outlook.
- Right-click on your name in the folder list .
- Click on Properties for Mailbox from the list of options.
- Click on Folder Size.
- A new window will pop-up listing the folders in your mailbox and 2 sizes, the important one is Total Size. Total size tells you how much space each folder in your mailbox is using.
- Typical folders that will be very large are Deleted Items, Inbox, and Sent Items.
- You will want to delete any messages that you no longer need.
- Any messages that you do not want to delete you should move to a Personal Folder to archive it.
