Can I set a different Out of Office message for Internal and External email addresses?
Yes. You can make the message the same or different. Go to Tools, Out of Office Assistant and you'll see the following. Choose a separate tab for internal and external messages.
When I'm scheduling meetings with other users in Outlook 2007, why is the free/busy feature slower?
With the new Exchange 2007 server and Outlook 2007, you now have more features in scheduling appointments with other people. The system will look at all the calendars and suggest times that are available to all (see Suggested times highlighted below). This slows down the display of users free/busy time a bit, however it does quickly provide information on times that are best for all parties.
What are the new mailbox quota limits?
All Staff mailboxes and shared (resource) mailboxes will be increased to 500 megs. Staff will received a notification when the mailbox reaches 475 meg and will not be able to send any email when the mailbox has reached 600 meg. Student mailboxes will be increased to 100 megs.
