Student Administration System 9.0 Upgrade - In production, October 13, 2008

Today, Monday, October 13, we deployed the new version 9.0 upgrade of the Peoplesoft Student Administration system to the university user community. We believe that the working experience with this new version will be a significant improvement from the previous version.
We have done a considerable amount of testing on the new system but some new issues will arise as we move forward with this rollout. However, we will make every effort to resolve these issues as they are identified. We will appreciate your understanding and patience during this transition period.
All users can now access the system using the same link which is: http://www.studentadmin.uconn.edu
Staff should follow their normal procedures for resolving issues:
- Access and password reset issues should be referred to the UITS Help Center at 860-486-HELP (4357) or email at helpcenter@uconn.edu.

- Refer to http://web.uconn.edu/eaa/sa/procedures for administrative procedures.
- Refer to http://web.uconn.edu/eaa/sa for general updates.
- Refer to http://itstatus.uconn.edu for system status information.
- Function or content-related issues should be referred to the respective central office (i.e. Registrar, Admissions, Bursar, and Financial Aid).
