Mission

Provide information technology planning, development and operational support for the university's central enterprise application systems and user community. Enterprise applications are defined as those that are central to the University's function and operation and pervasive in their use across a major sector(s) of the University community. These systems include Student Administration (Peoplesoft SA), Finance (SCT IAPlus), Human Resources and Payroll (Genesys, planned Peoplesoft HRMS) and NetID.

Organization

EAA is a department within the UITS division. The department is comprised of service groups charged with managing systems and service areas. The department provides training support for implementation and ongoing use requirements and a special projects staff to support unique, transitional or interim special project activities. The department is lead by a Director that reports to the University's CIO. The current staffing for the department is 24 staff members. EAA is located at the Chaplin Cottage facility on the Depot Campus.
