VIEWING CONTROL-D REPORTS
Once you press the ENTER key from the USER REPORTS ENTRY PANEL the ACTIVE REPORT LIST is displayed with the report names that you are authorized to view.
From the ACTIVE LIST screen move the cursor to the OPTION (O) area to the left of the Report Name. Type the letter V (View) and press ENTER. The selected report is displayed. The areas of the ACTIVE LIST are described below.

REPORT VIEWING SCREEN COMMANDS
GENERAL COMMANDS: Use the PF Keys to navigate through the report or the screen commands.
F3 Return to the Previous Screen F5 Repeat a Find F7 Scroll Backward F8 Scroll Forward F10 Scroll Left F11 Scroll Right *F1 - Pressing the F1 key on any screen will give HELP for that particular screen SCREEN COMMANDS: Screen commands are entered on the command line in the upper left hand corner.
- NEXTPAGE n (abbreviated N n) Nextpage scrolls forward by print page. Nextpage n scrolls forward n pages. If n is not specified, the report scrolls forward one print page. Example N 3 scrolls forward 3 pages.
- PREVPAGE n (abbreviated P n) Prevpage scrolls back n by print page. If n is not specified, the report scrolls back one print page. Example P 3 scrolls back 3 pages.
- FIND string (abbreviated F string) Locates the first value after the cursor.
- FIND string PREV (abbreviated F string PREV) Locates the last value before the cursor.
- Repeat FIND press PF5 to continue to search for the string.
- M F7 will bring you to the top of the first page of the report.
- M F8 will bring you to the bottom of the report.
OPTIONS OF THE ACTIVE USER REPORT LIST
The following options may be applied to individual reports: V (VIEW) (Active Report list) View entire report. P (PRINT) (Active Report list) Print entire report or selected pages. N (NOTE) (Active Report list) Open a Note window for the report. R (RESTORE) (History Report list) Restore a report from the archives. C (NO-RESTORE) (History Report list) Cancel a restore request. NOTEWORTHY!!!!
The amount to scroll is defined in the SCROLL field. This field is found in the upper right hand corner. It looks like this: SCROLL==> and is followed by a value such as CRSR. The values that SCROLL may take on are defined as follows:
CRSR scrolls from the cursor location on the report. PAGE scrolls a full page. HALF scrolls half a page.
