Create, Change, or Inactivate Minors

Submit the correct documentation required to establish, change, or inactivate Minors. Any minor program that includes courses from more than one School or College that may be used to fill its requirements must forward supporting documentation from the appropriate School or College to the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education.

Minor - Offered by one Academic Department or Program
 

Academic Department

School or College C&C Committee

Minor- Offered by two or more Academic Departments or Programs

Academic Departments

School or College C&C Committee of each sponsor

Minor- Regardless of its interdisciplinary nature, if it includes within its list of requirements, courses offered by other Schools and Colleges

C&C Committee of each School and College offering the courses

Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education should be made aware of the resources involved

Interdisciplinary Minor - One which is offered by more than one School or College
