Instructions for accessing Vendor Invoices

1. When you click on the link below, you will go to the UConn WINJA lookup webpage. For complete instructions, click on general information and instructions

2. It may prompt you to install the WinJa Java client. In this case you should just follow the instructions on the screen to install the client.

3. The window will open up, and there will be two available fields Vendor # and Tax ID.

4. The Vendor Number can be found in the address box of your invoice, and can be found on the check stub. LEAVE THE LAST DIGIT OFF.

5. The Tax ID number is your tax idenification number which should be 9 digits long, and entered without the dashes.

6. For additional help, you may click on the "HELP" button in the WinJa window.
