SEEC Requirement
DATE: July 5, 2007 A new CO17 is now on our website with new vendor information requirements per the State Elections Enforcement Commission (SEEC). Institutions of higher education were informed of new reporting requirements per Public Act 06-137 effective immediately. The new form requires: a contact name for the vendor, a telephone number , and the email address. This information only needs to be completed for the first payment made to the vendor unless there is a change.
